First 8 multiples of 8 are - 

 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24

The above series is as A.P 

 a = 3 , d = 3 and the last term (l) = 24 

S_n = n/2 [a+l] \\\\ s_7 = \frac{8}{2} [ 3+ 24 ] \\\\s _8 = 4 \times 27 \\\\ s _8= 108
