The given circuit is a balanced bridge. Total capacitance

\\C=\frac{2\times4}{2+4}+\frac{6\times3}{6+3}\\\\=\frac{4}{3}+2=\frac{10}{3}\mu F

Q=CV=\frac{10}{3}\mu F\times3V=10\mu C
