How do nutrients from blood vessels reach cells?

Answers (1)

The blood vessel from the intestine receives the nutrients and it travels to different parts of the body. At the terminals near the organs, the blood vessels form capillary which has thin walls. Also, the cell membrane is semi-permeable and carries mechanisms to carry the material through it. Hence the nutrients easily cross the calls of the capillaries and the cell membrane to reach the cell from the blood vessels
