When a charged particle oscillates with some frequency, so, it produces an oscillating electric field in space which further produces an oscillating magnetic field and thus, in turn, is a source of electric field and this process goes on and hence, an electromagnetic wave propagates in the space. An accelerating charge is the source of electromagnetic waves.

The frequency of the electromagnetic wave equals the frequency of
oscillation of the charge.
