Digits 0,3,5,7

One digit odd numbers  = 3,5,7

Two digits odd numbers  = 35, 53, 57, 75, 37, 73

Three digit odd numbers = 305, 503, 307, 703, 507, 705, 357, 375, 753, 735, 537, 573.

Four digit will exceed the 1000 so total odd number less than thousand and without repasting the digits = 3+6+12 = 21
