I am going to tell you about my story as a potato of going from field to fryer. First of all dig the ground and take the potato out from under the ground. Take two three potatoes for fryer about middle in size. Next, wash the potato throughly and cut them into pieces. After cutting the potatoes soak them in cold water for thirty minutes. After soaking,  the starch gets out from the potato. The potatoes are drained then and towel dried so that excess water gets removed from the potatoes. This step is important so that potatoes doesn't have water and make sounds while frying in oil. Stir the potatoes in oil. The potatoes need to be fried twice, with the first fry the potatoes gets fried from inside and become brown from outside. In next fry potatoes get golden hue on top, it is at this stage that potateoe are fried in fryer.
