Ethics are guidelines or rules which help us to understand or choose between right or wrong, whereas values are our responses in various situation which we have inherted by our family, relatives or friends most of the time. Values act as a stimulli of our thinking. Both ethics and values are important for living our lives with good moral values and principles. We have work, character and personal values. Ethics and values both help us to walk on the right path in life and make the correct decision and right choices
