\left | A \right |= 4
\left | -2A \right |= \left ( -2 \right )^{3}\left | A \right |
\left | -2A \right |= \left ( -2 \right )^{3}\times 4
\left | -2A \right |= -32
\therefore \: The\: value\: of\: \left | -2A \right |\ is -32
