If I were a scientist and had discovered a vaccine to treat against the pandemic of Covid-19. I would first request the government to send my formula for quick testing in all the states, so that I could get quick, more and accurate result of the vaccine. After getting positive result of the tests. I would ask the government to start the manufacturing of the vaccine in all the states according to their demands.
