Given \rightarrow Bigger circle = C1
               Inner Circle = C2
Radius of Bigger Circle , R = 42 cm
The radius of Inner Circle, r = 21 cm

Angle substracted by shaded region
at the centre = 360^{\circ}-60^{\circ}
                     = 300^{\circ}
Area of the shaded region = \frac{300^{\circ}}{360^{\circ}}\times \pi R^{2}-\frac{300^{\circ}}{360^{\circ}}\times \pi r^{2}
                                    =\frac{5}{6}\pi \left [ 42^{2} -21^{2}\right ]
                                    =\frac{5}{6}\times \frac{22}{7}\times 1323
                                    =3465\, cm^{2}
