Total number of students present = 98-28=70 students. Each student gets 4 sweets more. Therefore the number of sweets that 28 students will get = 4 x 70 =280. Therefore each student when all are present will get 280/28=10 sweets. So the total number of sweets distributed = 98 x 10 =980
