Lord Curzon was the Viceroy of India from 1899 to 1905. He was one of the first person to give attention to the prevailing conditions of Education in India. He presided over an Education conference held at the Shimla in September 1901. His education reform were following- 

1-In 1904 Lord Curzon published a Education policy in the shape of Government resolution.

2-His policy was related to Primary education, Secondary education, Vocational education and University education.

3-He introduced Agriculture and Physical education subjects
