In the chapter Father's help by R. K. Narayan the child whose name was Swami said that he had a headache. On saying this phrase, the immediate outcome of father was to ask Swami to leave the bed and get ready for school as he thought Swami was lying. He said this because Swami didn't want to go to school and was making excuses for the same. His father initially asked him whether it was holiday or a non school day since Swami wasn't ready to go to school. However he said he had a headache and thus,  in response the father said Nonsense, get up and go.
