Sir, why the electrons donot fall down if i cut the curret carrying wire ?

Because they are cofined to the area around the metal atoms. Unless some form of energy is given they cannot escape from there. So they are drive by some external force applied to it.  When we switch off the potential (by cutting the wire), electrons are attracted by that empty space(hole) and come back to their original position.
