\\\text{Breadth} = x \\ \text{length} = x+2\\ \text{perimeter} = 2\times (\text{length}+\text{breadth})\\ 28 = 2\times (x+x+2)\\ 28 = 2\times (2x+2)\\ 2x+2 = 28/2 = 14\\ x = (14-2)/2=6\\ x+2 = 8
