Periemeter=2(length+breadth)

122/5 =2×3×breadth.

Breadth=122/5×2×3

=4.07 m(approx).

Leangth=2×4.07=8.14 m (approx).

Area of rectangle= l×b

=4.07×8.14

=33.1298 m^2 (approx).
