\\ \frac{3x}{2}+\frac{5y}{3}=7 \\\\ 9x + 10y = 42...(i) 

9x+10y=14....(ii)

\\\frac{a_1}{a_2} = \frac{a_2}{b_2} \neq \frac{c_1}{c_2} \\\\ $ Hence it is a inconsistent quadratic equation
