Difference between DAN And RNA are:

  • DNA stands for Deoxyribonucleic acid whereas, RNA stands for ribonucleic acid. 
  • DNA is double-stranded whereas, RNA is single-stranded.
  • DNA has Adenine, Guanine, Cytosine and Thymine nitrogenous bases whereas, in RNA instead of Thymine Uracil nitrogenous base is present. 
  • DNA is more stable as compared to the RNA. 
  • DNA is chemically less reactive as compared to RNA. 
  • Since DNA is more stable, RNA mutates faster than DNA.
  • Most of the organisms' genetic material is made up of DNA. However, viruses are made p of RNA.
