Which has more Friction new tyre or old tyre
A fresh tyre has deep grooves and patterns known as tread. This tread helps the tyre in gripping the road by forcing water to one side and adding surface contact, therefore creating more friction.
More friction will result in greater control, particularly when turning or applying brakes.
An old tire, after notable wear, has worn-out tread, and the grooves become shallow or nearly flat.
With less tread, there's less grip on the road, mainly in wet weather, and less friction in general.
