Let consider an arbitrary volume inside the conductor, the electrostatic field in the closed surface bonding arbitrary volume is Zero. Then total electric flux through the surface is zero. According to Gauss's law, electric charge inside the closed surface is also zero. So there is no charge inside the conductor.
