\\C_{max}\text{ is obtained when three capacitors are connected in parallel}\\C_{max}=2+4+3=9\mu F

\\C_{min}\text{ is obtained when three capacitors are connected in series}\\1/C_{min}=1/2+1/4+1/3=(6+3+4)/12\mu F\\C_{min}=12/13\mu F
