The class has planted trees outside the school and decided to assign duties to students to look after them. However, some students are not taking care of them. Some ways to encourage them to participate is-

1. Assigning duties to watch over plants roll no. wise. Students can be asked to check on and water plants day wise and roll number wise.

2. Ensuring some forms of rewards such as extra marks, smiles, stars, praise and punishment such as scolding, not giving stars, praise can be used.

3. Making plant monitors in schools to look after plants and watering them. Also, in case a child does some damage, they can complain it to a teacher.
