\\ \text{Given } : \\ M=10g =10000 kg \\ m=10 kg \\ v=200 m/s \\ \text{Apply law of conservation of momentum} \\ p_{i}=p_{f} \\ \left ( m+M \right )(- v_{r})=mv \\ \left ( 10000+10 \right )(-v_{r})=10\times 200 \\ \therefore v_{r}=-0.2 \ m/s
