\mathrm{ r^2=(\alpha-4)^2+(\alpha-9)^2=(\alpha-6)^2+(\alpha-13)^2 \\ }

\mathrm{ \Rightarrow 12 \alpha=108, \alpha=9, r^2=5^2 \Rightarrow r=5 . }
