As we have learned 

Remember plane is parallel so \theta = 90 \degree


if the plane is perpendicular \theta = 0 \degree

so torque = \vec{M}\times \vec{B} \Rightarrow \vec{M} = I\vec{A}

\tau = MB \sin \theta = IA \sin \theta

\tau = \pi r^2 IB
