For Adiabatic process,

\mathrm{P}_{1} \mathrm{~V}_{1}^{\gamma}=\mathrm{P}_{2} \mathrm{~V}_{2}^{\gamma}

\left(\frac{8}{27}\right)^{\gamma}=\frac{16}{81}
\left(\frac{2}{3}\right)^{3 \gamma}=\left(\frac{2}{3}\right)^{4}
3 \gamma=4
\gamma=\frac{4}{3}=\frac{\mathrm{Cp}}{\mathrm{Cv}}
