Equation of line passing through \mathrm{(2,2)}
\frac{\mathrm{x}}{\mathrm{a}}+\frac{\mathrm{y}}{\mathrm{b}}=1 \Rightarrow \frac{2}{\mathrm{a}}+\frac{2}{\mathrm{~b}}=1\quad \ldots(ii)

\mathrm{2(a+b)=a b=2|\lambda|}
\mathrm{\Rightarrow \mathrm{a}+\mathrm{b}=|\lambda|}
\mathrm{a(|\lambda|-a)=2|\lambda|}
\mathrm{\Rightarrow \mathrm{a}^{2}-\mathrm{a}|\lambda|+2|\lambda|=0}
