\text { Using stress }=\frac{\text { force }}{\text { area }}=\frac{\mathrm{mg}}{\mathrm{A}}

\Rightarrow \mathrm{m}=\frac{\mathrm{S} \times \mathrm{A}}{\mathrm{g}}=\frac{7 \times 10^5 \times \pi \mathrm{R}^2}{\mathrm{~g}}

\begin{aligned} & =\frac{7 \times 10^5 \times \frac{22}{7} \times\left(7 \times 10^{-3}\right)^2}{9.8} \\ & =11 \mathrm{~kg} \end{aligned} (Note: 14 mm is diameter)
