After one \beta \text { decay, } \mathrm{_{Q-2}} \mathrm{X}^{\mathrm{P}-4} \longrightarrow{ }_{(\mathrm{Q}-2)+1} \mathrm{Z}^{\mathrm{P}-4}+{ }_{-1} \mathrm{e}^0+\mathrm{Q}

So, the mass number and atomic number of product nucleus are (P-4) and (Q-1) .
