\sin \theta=\frac{R / 2}{r}=\frac{R}{2 r} \Rightarrow r_0=\frac{m v}{q B}

\sin \theta=\frac{Rq B}{2 m v}

v_0=\frac{qBR}{2m \sin \theta}
