From Arrhenius equation,  \mathrm{k=A e^{-\frac{E_a}{R T}}} , as the rates are equal, it means the value of rate constants, \mathrm{k} , also remains same at two different temperatures. Hence,

\mathrm{ k=A e^{-E a / R \times 2000}=A e^{-\left(\frac{E a+20}{R \times 4000}\right)} }


\mathrm{ \frac{E a}{R \times 2000}=\frac{(E a+20)}{R \times 4000} }


\mathrm{ 2 E a=E a+20 }
\mathrm{ E a=20 \mathrm{~kJ} }.
