As we learn

Rotation of Mirror -

Keeping the incidence ray fixed, When mirror is rotated by an angle \theta, the reflected ray is rotated by an angle 2\theta.

- wherein

If the mirror is rotated by angle \Theta then the reflected ray rotates by 2\Theta in the same sense. Due to the source of light rotation reflected lights rotates by 10 in anticlockwise direction. Hence to balance this the mirror should be rotated by 50 in clock wise dierction.
