\mathrm{P_{i}-P=\frac{4T}{r_{1}}}

\mathrm{P-P_{o}=\frac{4T}{r_{2}}}

\mathrm{P_{i}-P_{o}=\frac{4T}{r_{1}}+\frac{4T}{r_{2}}}\rightarrow (1)

\mathrm{P_{i}-P_{o}=\frac{4T}{r}}\rightarrow (2)

From eq. (1) and (2)

\mathrm{\frac{4t}{r}=\frac{4T}{r_{1}}+\frac{4T}{r_{2}}\left ( Given \right )}

\mathrm{\frac{1}{r}=\frac{1}{r_{1}}+\frac{1}{r_{2}}}

    =\frac{1}{3}+\frac{1}{6}=\frac{9}{18}

\mathrm{r=2cm}
