\mathrm{1 M S D =\frac{1 \mathrm{~cm}}{20}=0.05 \mathrm{~cm} }

\mathrm{25 V S D =24 M S D }

\mathrm{L C =1 M S D-1 V S D }

        \mathrm{=\frac{1}{25} M S D=\frac{0.05}{25} \mathrm{~cm} }

\mathrm{L C =2 \times 10^{-3} \mathrm{~cm}}

Hence 3 is correct option.
