fundamental frequency of closed pipe is \mathrm{\frac{v}{4 l}} and that of open pipe is \mathrm{\frac{V}{2 l}}, two times that of closed pipe.

i.e the fundamental frequency of open pipe at both ends is -

\mathrm{ f=512 \times 2=1024 \mathrm{~Hz} . }

Hence option 1 is correct.
