The intersection of two sets’ complements and the union of those complements are the complements of the union of two sets. These are referred to as De Morgan's laws. 

The properties of De-Morgan's Laws are,

1. \left ( A\cup B \right )^{'}=A^{'}\cup B^{'}

2. \left ( A\cap B \right )^{'}=A^{'}\cap B^{'}
