We know ,
\mathrm{Bond\: order= \frac{Nb-Na}{2}}
\mathrm{CN^{-}\Rightarrow BO= \frac{6-0}{2}= 3}
\mathrm{NO^{+}\Rightarrow BO= \frac{6-0}{2}= 3}
\mathrm{O_{2}\Rightarrow BO= \frac{6-2}{2}= 2}
\mathrm{O_{2}^{+}\Rightarrow BO= \frac{6-1}{2}= 2.5}
\mathrm{O_{2}^{2+}\Rightarrow BO= \frac{6-0}{2}= 3}

\mathrm{So,CN^{-},NO^{+}\; and\; O_{2}^{2+}} have same bond order.

Ans = 3
