When observer moves towards stationary source,then apparent frequency-

\begin{aligned} & n^{\prime}=\left[\frac{v+v_0}{v}\right] n \\ & n^{\prime}=\left[\frac{v+v / 5}{v}\right] \cdot n=\frac{6}{5} \cdot n \\ & n^{\prime}=1 \cdot 2 n \end{aligned}

Increment in frequency =0.2 n,

so percentage change in frequency \begin{aligned} & =\frac{0.2 n}{n} \times 100 \\ & =20 \% \end{aligned}
