n^{\prime}=n\left(\frac{V+\frac{3V}{5}}{V}\right) \\

n^{\prime}=n\left(\frac{5V+3V}{\frac{5}{V}}\right) \\

n^{\prime}=n\left(\frac{8V}{5V}\right) \\

n^{\prime}=\frac{8}{5}n\\

n^{\prime}=1.6 n

Percentage increase in frequency =\frac{n^{\prime}-n}{n} \times 100 \\

 =\frac{1.6 n-n}{n} \times 100=60 \%
