Nitrogen in \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{~N}_2 \mathrm{O}_2  has oxidation state +1 , in \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{NO}_2 it has +2 oxidation state, in \mathrm{HNO}_2 it has +3 oxidation state and in \mathrm{HNO}_3  it has +5 oxidation state.

Hence option 2 is correct.
