 Let it be \mathrm{xy}-4 \mathrm{x}-3 \mathrm{y}+\lambda=0,

now \mathrm{(x-3)(y-4)=x y-4 x-3 y+12},

\mathrm{so \: \lambda=12} and the asymptotes are \mathrm{x}=3$ and $\mathrm{y}=4.
