\mathrm{f=8, v=\frac{2+f}{f}=\frac{5}{4} }

\mathrm{W=p \Delta v=150 \mathrm{~J} }
From first law of thermodynamic

\mathrm{Q =\Delta U+W }

    \mathrm{=\frac{p \Delta V}{V-1}+p \Delta V }

    \mathrm{=\frac{150}{\frac{5}{4}-1}+150 }

\mathrm{Q =750 \mathrm{~J}}

The amount of heat absorbed by the gas will be \mathrm{750 \mathrm{~J}}
