We have, vertex A(2, 0) and
focus S(4, 0).
 Equation of parabola will be

\mathrm{\begin{aligned} y^2 & =4 \times 2(x-2) \\ \Rightarrow \quad y^2 & =8(x-2) \end{aligned}}

Clearly,(8,4) will not lie on this parabola.
