B_2H_6+ 3O_2 \rightarrow B_2O_3+3H_2O

Burning of diborane produces B2O3 as a product which is much stable than B2H6    (Diborane is an electron deficient molecule),so high amount of energy is released during this process which makes this process exothermic.

Therefore, option (1) is correct.
