At steady state, there will be no current in the branch with capacitor (capacitor fully charged)
I= \frac{5}{4+1}= 1A
V_{AB}= IR= 1\left ( 4 \right )= 4v
There is 2v potential drop across each capacitor

\Rightarrow Q= 8\mu c
