\\\mathrm{so,\: pOH_{weak\: base}\: =\:\frac{1}{2}(pK_{b}\: -\: log\: C)}\\\\\mathrm{=\frac{1}{2}(4.76-log0.1)}\\\\\mathrm{=\frac{1}{2}(4.76+1)=2.88}\\\\\mathrm{so,pH_{weak\: base}=14-2.88=11.12}
