As we learned

Mole Fraction -

\dpi{100} Mole\: Fraction= \frac{Moles\: o\! f\: solute}{Moles\: o\! f solute+Moles\: o\! f solvent}

-

 Molecular weight of  C_{2}H_{5}OH =24+5+16+1=46

Molecular mass of H_{2}O=18

414g of C_{2}H_{5}OH has \frac{414}{46}=9 mole

18g of HO_{2}=\frac{18}{18} = 1 mole

 Mole fraction of water =\frac{n_{1}}{n_{1}+n_{2}} = \frac{1}{1+9} = \frac{1}{10}=0.1
