As we have learned

Properties of Binomial Theorem -

Coefficient of x^{r} in the expansion of \left ( 1+x \right )^{n}\: is\: ^{n}c_{r}

- wherein

\left ( 1+x \right )^{n}\: :T_{r+1}= ^{n}c_{r}x^{r}

Coefficient of x5 in (1+x^2)^5 (1+x)^2

                        = Coefficient of x5 in (1+5x^2+10x^4)(1+2x+x^2)  = 20
