Common chord must be diameter of \mathrm{S_1}
Also length of tangent \mathrm{=\sqrt{S_1}=\sqrt{3^2+4^2-16}=3=\sqrt{S_2}}
( for common chord \mathrm{\sqrt{S_1}=\sqrt{S_2}} )

Hence option 3 is correct.
