Resistance of first conductor remains constant up to 10 Volts because V – I characteristic is a straight line up to 10 volts. But after that its resistance increases continuously but current remains constant at 1 amp. While resistance of second conductor decreases gradually up to 15 volts and after that it decreases in such a way that the voltage across it docs not increases.

When these two conductors are connected in series then current through both the conductors will be the same and it will increases with increases of voltage. Ultimately magnitude of current will become equal to 1 amp, when potential difference across the combination becomes 10 + 15 = 25 volts. Upto this voltage resistance of the first conductor remains constant while that of the series combination also decreases. Hence graph between I and V will have increasing slope up to 25 Volts. After that the resistance of the first conductor increases in such a manner that current through it remains constant at 1Ampere.
